AI Native School: Mobicom Group to Transform Four Public Schools into AI-Powered Model Institutions

AI Native School: Mobicom Group to Transform Four Public Schools into AI-Powered Model Institutions

Ulaanbaatar. The online launch of the "AI Native School" comprehensive program — initiated and funded by Mobicom Group and implemented in partnership with AI Academy Asia — took place on August 18, 2026.

The program aims to develop four of Mongolia's general education schools into model institutions that have fully integrated artificial intelligence into their operations. It is the latest in a series of education initiatives Mobicom Group has undertaken as part of its corporate social responsibility and sustainable development commitments.

Four Core Areas

The program will be implemented along the following lines:

  • Building teacher and leadership capacity. Teachers and administrators will take part in comprehensive AI training to develop skills for using artificial intelligence in their daily work.
  • School-wide integration. Each school will develop its own AI adoption strategy and implementation plan, and put it into practice.
  • Project work. Each school will initiate and build its own AI-based system and integrate it into the institution's operations.
  • Student instruction. Trained teacher-trainers will teach AI classes to their students.

Education Minister Voices Full Support

Minister of Education L. Enkh-Amgalan attended the launch event and pledged full support for the program. He expressed his intention to expand and roll out the experience to other general education schools if the effort to build "AI Native" model schools proves successful.
